Tana is an agentic meeting platform for Mac that lets AI agents such as Claude or ChatGPT join your video calls and do real work while the conversation is still happening. Your agents receive the live transcript and screen shares and keep your connectors, skills, and memory, so they can suggest and complete tasks like pulling signup data, updating a forecast sheet, summarising customer calls, or drafting an email. Tana listens from your desktop, so no bot joins the call, and it works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Tana is a separate product from Tana Outliner, the company's note-taking app.

Every meeting adds to a shared company context graph, so your team and agents can find information from past meetings. After each meeting, Tana suggests updates to the docs, plans, and records it touched, which you can review before applying. Meetings are private to participants by default and can be shared with individuals, teams, projects, or the whole company.

Tana offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. It supports 60+ languages, and the website notes SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliance, with HIPAA expected in Q1 2027, EU hosting available, and no training on customer data. Gemini, Grok, and Lovable integrations are listed as coming soon.
