About
Tritium is a legal drafting workspace for drafting, reviewing, and redlining legal documents with agents and tools on your desktop. It is designed to be fast for reviewing and editing many large documents in real time. You can work with your existing Word documents and PDFs where they are, and review them side-by-side in the same application, with defined terms resolved and search across the whole deal.
Tritium includes agents that can help with review, drafting, and running playbooks. You can use the built-in AI agent or bring your own large language models, and the agents can be used to ask questions and propose edits. Redlines are run instantly while you edit, without switching applications, and the site describes them as minimal-difference, immutable redlines.
Tritium is available as a paid desktop license for macOS, Linux, and Windows, and it is also available on the web. According to the website, everything stays on your machine, and the company describes its security as network isolation, no telemetry, and no document storage. The source code is also available to clone and build from source.
