About
Upsies is a Mac app for upscaling images using MetalFX. It is a free download on the Mac App Store, with optional tipping available for those who want to support the developer. The app requires macOS Sonoma 14 or newer and a Mac that supports the MetalFX Spatial Upscaler.
The app is currently localized into English and German. The website also notes that the developer, Matthias Gansrigler of Eternal Storms Software, is an indie developer who has made other apps, including Yoink, ScreenFloat, Transloader, and Tameno.
The website text does not describe further features or workflows, so this description is limited to the platform requirements, pricing, languages, and developer background stated there.
