About
Vernier Graphical Analysis helps students visualize and interact with experiment data collected from nearly any Vernier sensor. Students can connect to their device via Bluetooth or USB and start collecting data in seconds. The app works on all devices and operating systems commonly found in classrooms, and a Progressive Web App version runs in the Chrome browser with no installation. The app is fully compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard.
The free BASIC version includes data collection from multiple Go Direct or LabQuest sensors at once, essential graphing options, basic data analysis including statistics and select curve fits, and access to more graph types such as bar graphs, histograms, and FFTs. Pro, available from $149 for a 1-year site license with unlimited seats, adds features such as live data sharing with students' devices, graph annotations, advanced data display and analysis, synchronized video and data playback, and one-click event marking.
Pro also includes a library of over 45 investigations, each with lab instructions, experiment videos, and real data ready for student analysis. Teachers can use these to build schema before a lab, reinforce new concepts, make up missed lab assignments, or analyze real data when the required lab equipment is unavailable.
