About
Voiden is a Git-native API workspace that treats API work like code. You design, test, and document APIs in one place, and compose requests from reusable blocks such as endpoint, headers, auth, and params, all written in plain Markdown. Everything is stored as a .void file in your own repo, so API changes can be diffed, reviewed, and branched like the rest of your code.
Because requests, docs, and explanations live side by side in the same file, the request you write is the same file your team reviews, your pipeline runs, and your AI agent calls. Voiden also registers projects so Claude Code and Codex can work with your .void requests, and a connection block lets you test an external MCP server.
Voiden is open source, works fully offline, and needs no account. It has been installed by over 17,000 users. Download it for free and keep full control of your API workspace.
