VSee is a FedRAMP High ATO virtual care platform built from customizable building blocks, so organizations can go live faster. It covers scheduling, including one-click booking across filters, self-scheduling for patients, and centralized provider availability with on-call schedules and escalation alerts. Clinical workflows are supported by a flexible form builder with eSign, a patient queuing system with priority tagging and routing, a control center dashboard for staff visibility, and configurable waiting rooms.

For care delivery, VSee offers omni-channel communication via video, phone, and chat with a no-download experience, along with synchronous and asynchronous visits and auto-captioning for accessibility. It also supports remote exams with plug-and-play medical devices and remote patient monitoring with Bluetooth and cellular devices, including threshold alerts and escalation to a video visit. Administrative functions include revenue cycle management for eligibility, co-pays, and claims, built-in compliance features such as eSignature storage and state-license matching, and clinical tools for documentation, note templates, and ePrescribing, including controlled substances.

Patients can find their provider, self-schedule visits, receive customized reminders, access visit history, notes, labs, and medical images, complete follow-up surveys, and message their providers securely.
