About
Warp turns your terminal into a shared workspace. It offers natural-language commands, agent runs you can watch and steer, and workflows your whole team can reuse. Warp is trusted by 800k+ devs and is now open-source, with the project being built alongside the community.
You can build, review, and ship in one surface. Multithreaded workflows display terminal sessions as vertical tabs, with metadata such as git branch, worktrees, and pull requests. Native code editing lets you review changes, leave comments, and send work to agents for refinement. You can customize your theme, input, default model, and tab colors, and start agents that run in the cloud or locally.
Warp is designed for security and built for organizations. It includes SAML-based SSO, role-based access control, and SOC2 Type 2 compliance, along with zero-data retention and secret redaction using custom regexes. Organizations can use BYOLLM support and flexible hosting so code stays inside their infrastructure, set agent permissions for the whole team, and review central usage reporting. Warp can also read secrets directly from 1Password or LastPass.
