About
WPS Office for Mac is an all-in-one office suite built for Apple silicon and optimized for M-series chips. It brings Docs, Sheets, Slides, and PDFs into a single workspace, so you don't have to jump between apps. It is 100% compatible with all Office formats, and it offers smart auto-save and version history so you can revert to any earlier draft. Files stay synced across Mac, iPad, and iPhone, and you can co-edit with your team in real time.
The app includes WPS AI to help with writing and presentations. It can help you create from a blank page and refine your draft, expand a topic with AI-driven insights, and turn any topic into slides with AI speaker notes. It also offers side-by-side translation so you can read content in other languages in its original form. A large template library covers resumes, papers, reports, and other projects.
WPS Office states that it uses end-to-end encryption and does not share data with third parties. The app has received recognition including Mac App of the Year from Apple and a place among Apple's Best New Apps. It is available as a free download from the Mac App Store.
