WriteMapper is a writing app built around mind maps, helping you say what you mean and communicate your ideas clearly. You can brainstorm visually to get past writer's block, capture and organize your ideas, and get a bird's-eye view of your thinking, which translates into a well-structured outline. Double-click any node to edit its contents, and style and format your writing to convey your ideas.
When your ideas are ready, WriteMapper uses the nested structure of your mind map to create your draft automatically. You can export it to MD, HTML, OPML, DOCX, TXT, RTF, PDF, or PNG, or copy it to your clipboard and paste it wherever you need. Other features include color tags, multiple layouts, dark mode, spellcheck, Markdown-style syntax, image support, autosave, and automatic snapshots.
WriteMapper is available for macOS and Windows. It offers a fully-featured 7-day free trial, and the license is a one-time fee for lifetime access. Optional AI assistance is available for ideating, outlining, and writing.
