Zight is a visual communication platform for showing people exactly what you mean. It captures what's on your screen and turns it into a video recording, a screenshot, or an AI guide that your team can act on, shared instantly with a secure link. No account or install is required on the recipient's side.
The Request Video feature lets you send a link in a ticket or chat, and the other person records their screen, camera, and console logs back to you. Zight works with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, and ServiceNow, and recordings, transcripts, and console logs can be read by AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor over MCP. Teams use it to create and share content, resolve support tickets faster, reproduce and diagnose bugs, record and summarize meetings, and turn walkthroughs into documentation.
Zight is built for teams handling sensitive data, offering HIPAA compliance (with a signed BAA available on the Scale plan), SOC 2 Type II certification, and video redaction options, with automatic sensitive-text redaction in limited beta.
