About
ZOC is a terminal emulation application for Windows and macOS, aimed at system administrators, network engineers, and IT professionals. It supports connections to servers, network devices, and legacy systems over Secure Shell (SSH v2), Telnet, serial, and other protocols. Its interface offers tabbed sessions with thumbnails, an address book with folders and color-coded hosts, and extensive customization options.
For automation and workflow, ZOC includes a scripting language with over 200 commands, user-defined buttons, automatic actions, and a macro recorder. It also provides emulations such as xterm, VT220, VT420, TN3270, and TN5250, along with logging, full keyboard remapping, and scrollback. File transfer options include SCP, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and Zmodem, among others.
ZOC's SSH implementation is based on OpenSSH v9.3 and supports public key, password, and keyboard-interactive authentication, as well as dynamic and static port forwarding, X11 forwarding, proxy connections (HTTP, SOCKS4, SOCKS5), and SSH agent forwarding. It runs natively on Windows 10/11 and macOS (Intel/ARM).
