About
Amethyst is a clean, native RSS reader for Apple devices, built by a writer for writers. It supports virtually any RSS feed, so you can read widely. You can sort your favorite feeds into groups to focus on what matters, and follow your favorite authors to read everything they write without the noise.
Amethyst includes a distraction-free built-in reader that keeps the focus on stories rather than page clutter. You can save articles for later reading or reference with bookmarks, and find and add new RSS sources with the Discover Feed. Widgets on your Home and Lock Screen keep your latest stories in view, and notifications alert you in real time when your favorite sources post.
Amethyst works across iOS, macOS, watchOS, and visionOS, giving you the same app and features on each platform.
