Calendar 366 II is a native calendar and task app that brings events and tasks together across iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac. You can create events in seconds using natural language, set durations, time zones, reminders, and recurring schedules, and plan tasks with priorities, notes, and location-based alerts. The app offers multiple views in portrait and landscape, a full menu bar calendar on macOS, keyboard shortcuts, and support for Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meeting links. It also includes calendar sets, categories and labels, travel time updates, three themes with nine accents, and integrations with services such as iCloud, Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Todoist, Fastmail, and CalDAV.

For automation, Calendar 366 supports Apple Shortcuts and a URL scheme, and it can connect to AI assistants such as Claude Desktop and LM Studio through the Model Context Protocol on Mac. Siri AI, which is in beta and requires iOS, iPadOS, or macOS 27, lets you create events and tasks by voice. The app can be used free with basic features, with premium features available for a 7-day trial followed by a subscription or one-time purchase.
