Fantastical is a calendar app for Mac that brings your work and personal calendars into a single view, so you can avoid double-bookings and missed updates. It connects to Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange, iCloud, Todoist, CalDAV, and more, and syncs across your devices through your Flexibits account.
Adding events is quick. You can type natural language such as "Lunch with Sarah at 1pm tomorrow," or forward an event-related email to Fantastical, and its built-in AI will extract the details and create the event. You can attach files and photos to events, and choose from Day, Week, Month, Quarter, and Year views, plus a DayTicker overview. Event and task templates let you add frequently used items instantly.
Fantastical also includes tasks that you can schedule alongside events. Tasks notify you when they're due, and overdue tasks carry over to future dates. For meetings, you can invite people and manage their yes, no, or maybe responses. The app supports both light and dark appearances.
