About
Locu combines a focus timer, minimalist to-do list, and notes to help you deliver your best work consistently. It's available on macOS, Linux, Windows, and the web, and you can start a 10-day free trial without a credit card. You can sync tasks with Linear and Jira, add rich-text notes and subtasks, and keep tasks, notes, and links in one workspace.
Each day, you can take about 5 minutes to review your tasks, notes, and meetings and set priorities. You then work on one task at a time in focus sessions with all the relevant context available. Locu includes a Pomodoro timer, floating notes, and an app and website blocker (macOS only) to limit distractions during deep work. Morning and evening rituals help you plan and wrap up each day.
Time tracking is built into how you work, so your focus sessions automatically show where your time goes. You can review your work by day, week, or month, view your session history, and export data as CSV or PDF.
