Motion is an AI productivity platform covering tasks, projects, docs, notes, calendar, meetings, reports, and workflows. Its AI Task Planner takes your projects and tasks, along with their priorities, dependencies, deadlines, and durations, and builds a plan based on your preferences that updates automatically as things change. Motion can warn you days or weeks ahead when a task looks at risk, and it can gather tasks from email, meetings, Slack or Teams messages, and voice commands into one global list.

For projects, the AI Project Manager builds entire projects from a description and any relevant docs, including tasks with deadlines and assignees, and project stages. Motion also updates statuses, assigns next steps, flags delays, and provides progress reports, so teams spend less time on check-in emails and meetings.

The AI Meeting Notetaker takes notes during meetings, generates summaries and action items, and can send follow-up emails to attendees. Users can also add their own notes, which Motion combines with its AI notes. Motion's AI Search Assistant helps users find docs, notes, projects, tasks, and communication.
