TaskLine - Todo & Timeline helps you see and manage your day visually. Place tasks on a 24-hour timeline to get a clear view of your entire day, and arrange or resize them with simple drag-and-drop scheduling. Subtask support lets you break complex tasks into steps and organize nested task hierarchies, while a real-time countdown in the menu bar keeps you focused on your current task.
The app is free to try, with limits of up to 10 tasks, 3 timeline placements, and a fixed time range (8AM-5PM). Paid plans unlock unlimited tasks and timeline placements, a custom time range, and all features, available as $0.99 per month, $9.99 per year (save 17%), or a one-time payment of $14.99.
TaskLine requires macOS 13.0 or later. According to the site, all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted externally.
