TriggerFlo combines a time tracker and a Kanban board in one desktop app. You drag tasks across columns like any Kanban board, and each card shows its estimate, tracked time, and due date. Subtasks display progress bars, and column automations can auto-tag tasks, move them over, or set completion windows.
A floating timer stays on top of your other windows, so you can check it without switching away from your browser or editor. It comes in four layouts, from a full docked panel to a compact pill, and you can switch between them with one click. You can also connect Spotify so your playlist starts when the timer does, and a calendar shows tasks with dates alongside your Google Calendar events.
TriggerFlo also turns tracked time into invoices, with line items built from your tracked task totals that you can export as PDF or CSV. Your account syncs across Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and smartwatches. TriggerFlo is free for up to 3 projects, and you can try the browser preview without an account.
